Garlic & Creamy Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

Served in a 6 oz martini glass, where you can use your imagination and be creative with the following toppings: grated cheddar, crumbled bacon, chives, butter and sour cream.
Omelet Station

Made to order omelet with choice of cheese, ham, green and red peppers, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. On-site Chef @ $35.00/hr. per Chef.
Salad Station

A colorful and crisp presentation of romaine, iceberg and mixed greens with the following condiments: crumbled blue cheese, crumbled bacon, grape tomatoes, croutons, red onion, candied walnuts, black & green olives, artichoke hearts, dried cranberries, sliced mushroom, seedless cucumber, breadsticks, shaved parmesan cheese. Accompanied by your choice of classic Caesar, balsamic vinaigrette, raspberry vinaigrette & honey Dijon.
Pasta Station
$9.95 per person + Chefs
Begin with choice of Penne and Spaghetti. Choice of sauces: Marinara, Alfredo or Vodka Cream Sauce. Your pasta is sautéed to order in front of your guests, accompanied by grilled chicken, baby shrimp and Italian sausage and served with a bountiful assortment of tomatoes, onions, peppers, zucchini, squash, mushroom, garlic and peas to satisfy every palate. Build Your Own Ice Cream Sundae Bar
$4.00 per person + Staff
Vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Hot fudge, caramel, crushed M&M, whip cream, bowls, napkins, spoons. On-site Staff @ $29.00/hr per Staff Member.
